Return and Refund Policy

Sales can be canceled up till the time the shipping label is printed. This will be subject to receipt of the email or other communication regarding the cancelation.
Returns are subject to the customer paying the return shipping cost, we will not provide a shipping label for you to send it back.
Any returned product must be in new condition unused and resalable. If we can not resell your return you will not receive a refund.
All shipping damage claims must be handled with the shipper for now, however we would like to grow to the point where we can handle this in house.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date the order ships. Any returns past this will be accepted solely by our decision.
All returns will need to be started by emailing us with the item number you wish to return and your order number. Please include "Return (order number)" in your email title to expedite the process. Our email is Viceheadgraphics@gmail.com

Terms and Conditions

Our kits are listed and designed as accurately as possible but we are human. We do not make refunds based on errors ordering or inaccuracies. However if you do notice a missing detail, or error on our site please contact us and we will update it.
Our designs and prints are all done in house. There may be similar items but they are not the same as ours. We do not sell our in house designs for 3d printed use, but if you look close you may see them in a video game or movie.
We are open to other designers contributing and ideas for new products. A simple email can grab our attention.
Any and all agreements can be terminated or canceled at any time on our part if conduct unbecoming is used. So please keep your contact with us professional and we will do all we can to help you out.
